Henna 101 Workshops
Learn to henna yourself and your friends!!

Henna 101 classes cover the following topics:

-History of use (basic history for kids classes, but a
more thorough examination of artifacts throughout
history can be discussed for college level and adult
classes)
-Regional design differences
-Safety and recognition of dangerous "black henna"
-How henna works
-How to make your own safe, natural henna
-Application techniques

Each student gets a cone to use in class and/or take
home, and a small henna tattoo done by Bridget!
Interested in setting up a class?

Bridget Punsalang has taught numerous
henna class at Libraries, Park Districts,
schools, and colleges.

The class is generally 2 hours in length:
- 1 hour Powerpoint presentation
- 1 hour of time for the class to henna
themselves, their friends, and for Bridget
to go around the room hennaing the
students.

The 2 hour class has a limit of 15 students
and works on a charge by student basis.

Classes are fun for ages 10 and up!

This class can be adjusted in length and
content to suit the needs of the client, the
venue, or the students. It can also be
extended to accommodate more students.
