Frequently asked questions
Is the face paints you use safe?
I only use FDA approved paints that are specifically intended for use on the
skin. I also use only cosmetic grade glitters and adhesives. No craft paints
or glitters are ever used because they are not intended for skin and can
cause allergic reactions!
What are your rates?
My hourly rate is $75/ hour with a 2 hour minimum. Some mileage applies if
the appointment is more than 20 miles from Clifton Park, NY. Contact us for
a quote!
How many people can be painted in an appointment?
In a 2 hour appointment, at least 10 full face designs or 20-25 simpler
designs can be done.
Who can you paint?
Anyone can get facepaint! Children and adults alike can enjoy face and
body painting, in any kind of occasion! Spice up Mom's night out with some
body painting! Make your child's birthday party one they will talk about until
next year! Share some company pride at your next corporate event by
getting your company logo painted onto your employees!
Face paint isn't only for the face! Designs can be done on any part of the
body! Paint can be washed off easily with soap and water.
Who WON'T you paint?
Anyone who does not want it! Sorry parents, if your child is crying and
resisting, I will not paint them. I also will not paint over broken or irritated
skin (even acne and sunburn is considered broken skin) to avoid spreading
germs. Also, anyone who is visibly ill (for example, children with runny nose
or pink eye symptoms). I do everything I can to minimize spreading germs.
